Reminders

We all need reminders to stay on track. Reminders to shift to compassion when the critic is loud. Reminders to trust when doubt creeps in. Reminders to stop and breathe when life gets so full. Reminders to enjoy this amazing journey. I’ve been preaching reminders to my clients for 20 years. Write “YES” on your mirror in red lipstick, post your affirmation cards in your car, at your desk, at your kitchen sink. The shift in perception will put you on top of the world. What’s your pinnacle view? We all need reminders. I know I do. Visit our facebook page to see some of...

Our Deepest Fear

One Autumn I had a retreat to host in CA., and one the following weekend in MI. I was speaking with my coach about coming back home to NC to work in between retreats, or staying on the west coast. She said, ‘Oh, you will stay on the west coast and see what happens”. And that I did! It was the most memorable work weeks of my life. What if embracing this very moment would set me free? Quiet the chatter to truly enJOY? It does. The ‘what if’s get tiny and the ‘how’s’ fall away. My morning mantra is – “I live powerfully in this present moment” –...

“I stop, I listen, I am reminded. I feel empowered by every session.”  “I listen to my Mini several times a week to stay motivated.”What if you could see what others see in you – – believe what others believe for you? What if memorial service messages were not reserved for the dead, but a resounding positive message in our daily lives?Your weekly mini-sessions – your MINI – is birthed from decades of observing workshop participants believing in each others dreams, in an instant, with CERTAINTY, while being blinded by their own. It comes...
